5. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?

As part of our Services, we offer features powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively, “AI Features”); for example, Mira is an AI Feature. AI Features are designed to enhance your experience and provide you with innovative features and functionality. The terms in this Privacy Policy govern your use of the AI Features within our Services. Generally, our AI Features are designed for natural language processing, machine learning models, including but not limited to for Mira, our “coach” in LuvCoach AI.

We provide the AI Features through third-party service providers (“AI Service Providers”), including OpenAI. As outlined in this Privacy Policy, your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers to enable your use of our AI Features for purposes outlined herein. Your information will not be used to train any AI Service Provider models.

All personal information processed using our AI Features is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and our agreements with third parties.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as for tax, accounting or other legal purposes). No purpose in this policy will require us to keep your personal information for longer than 30 days past the termination of a user’s account.
