At MiraLuna, we are committed to providing a thoughtful and supportive experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before enrolling.

3-Month Enrollment

Your enrollment provides immediate access to MiraLuna’s guided experience and resources for a 3-month period.

Refund Window


We offer a 3-day (72-hour) refund window from the time of initial enrollment. If you request a refund within this period, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After the Refund Window


After 72 hours, all payments are non-refundable, including partial periods of use.
Renewals
Your enrollment renews automatically every 3 months. Renewal payments are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next renewal period, please cancel at least 3 days prior to your renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your enrollment at any time through your MiraLuna portal. To avoid being charged for the next renewal period, please cancel at least 3 days prior to your renewal date. Cancellation will stop future renewals, and you will continue to have access through the remainder of your current billing period.

Access and Use


Because access to the platform and its features is provided immediately upon enrollment, refunds are not available after the initial 72-hour period.
